What rental terms do you offer?

Weekly, monthly, and long-term. Short project stays and multi-year placements are both normal for us — the term is set by your assignment, not by a minimum we impose.

What's included in the price?

A fully furnished unit — furniture, electronics, kitchenware, and linens — with utilities activated and managed, resident support, and your scheduled cleaning program. It is one number rather than a base rate plus a list of add-ons.

How fast can units be ready?

Complete setup within 7 days of the lease being signed. If we have a matching unit already in our active pool, it can be faster.

Do you handle utilities and bills?

Yes. We set up the utility accounts, manage the bill payments, and coordinate maintenance, so neither your HQ nor your residents deal with a US utility provider.

How often do you clean, and what's covered?

You set the cadence — daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or turnover-only. Every visit follows a checklist and ends with a quality inspection. Deep cleaning and specialized work can be booked on top of the regular schedule.

Do you support Korean-speaking residents?

Yes. Korean and English across every touchpoint — the inquiry, the lease walkthrough, move-in orientation, the support line, and the cleaning schedule.
